Ivars Leja
Volleyball; born in Latvia he came to Canada in 1950. He played for Hamilton YMCA who were the Canadian volleyball champions in 1960, 1961, 1962, 1964, 1965, 1966, 1969, 1970. He was also a key player for Hamilton DV Sparta who played in the Canadian Baltic league. He played for the Canadian team in the Chicago PanAm games of 1959 and in the Sao Paulo PanAm games of 1963.
